Welcome to Technical Industrial Sales,Inc.  We specializes in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and control fields (HVACR) a specialty within the mechanical discipline of the construction industry.  The scope of our operation within that field, as the name implies, is Technical Industrial Sales, involving systems analysis, energy auditing and specifically the representation of specialized and custom made products.

Within a very well defined discipline, we provide a wide range of services and products allowing us to participate in many of the phases of any project.  We promote our products and services in Puerto Rico and now, through Technical Industrial Sales, Latin America (TIS.LA), we are conducting the sales for the rest of the Caribbean, Central and South America.  We address both commercial and industrial applications, i.e. pharmaceuticals and other manufacturing facilities, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, airports, etc.  Our products and services are sold to both mechanical contractors as well as end users.
