Technical Industrial Sales,Inc. 
commenced operations on January 1st, 1996.  It’s only apparent weakness was to be a brand new company, but this has been completely overcome by the owner's knowledge of the market and his very strong personal and professional relationships with the upper 20% of the players in that market, who purchase approximately 80% of the sales target territory.  Commencing operation was nothing more than continuing with the work done for the past six years, backed by more than 100 years of combined experience of the company's associates.

                                                                                                                                                               
Since the  beginning, one of our main priorities was to implement an efficient and hi-tech database system.  Today, we maintain over 2,600 contacts (mainly consisting of decision-makers in pharmaceutical, hi-tech companies, general industry, hotels and hospitals), that we constantly keep informed with the latest information received from all the manufacturers we represent. 
                                                                                                                                         
The Company has just completed its third year of operations.  Growth has been marked and sustained.  In order to maintain this growth the Company has implemented the following departments: Company Jobs and Mega Projects, Heat Exchanger and Ventilation and Air Distribution.  This way the Company is allowing the professional development of all it’s employees.
                                                                                                                                           
The market is in need of the versatility of a    specialized organization like ours.  On the other hand, the market itself is very versatile for us since each country provides its own cyclical "package of opportunities".  Our experience allows us to capitalize every year in the opportunities offered by the countries under our responsibility, while we keep our presence in those which will be next year's main source of business in addition to our core business, the Puerto Rican markets.

Office Facilities                                                                                                                       
Technical Industrial Sales, Inc. commenced operations in a rented 400 sq. ft. office space.  In May of 1998 the company acquired ifs own four acres land planing for future expansions and starting with 2000 SF of office space, during 2001 the company expanded the office space to 7000 SF and it is currently finishing an 8000 SF warehouse.
